DELIVERY

UK SHIPPING INFORMATION

THEWOLFCLUB use the Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.

First Class Delivery within the UK is £5 – this price is constant regardless on the size, weight or amount of items ordered.

All orders placed on a working day (Monday-Friday) within the UK will aim to be dispatched within 24 hours, orders placed on Friday after 4.00pm may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Please allow up to two working days for bigger orders.

Please note, THEWOLFCLUB cannot guarantee you will receive the order in the estimated delivery times.

If there is any delay in your order being dispatched, you will be notified promptly via the email you used to check out with.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING INFORMATION

THEWOLFCLUB charges a flat rate of £10 for all international orders.

For international deliveries there is a maximum of five items per order. THEWOLFCLUB may change these restrictions at any time.

International shipping can take between one-four weeks and may be delivered to you by a local post office or courier, depending on your area.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, THEWOLFCLUB have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please note – THEWOLFCLUB cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, at this time, no refunds are accepted for both UK and WORLDWIDE orders.

THEWOLFCLUB use top quality products as an authorised reseller of American Apparel clothing and accessories and we hope you love your order. All items are hand-checked before they are dispatched to ensure the highest standard and quality. 

If there are any manufacturing faults with your order, please contact us at laura@thewolfclub.co.uk as soon as possible with the issue and images and THEWOLFCLUB will try and resolve this matter promptly.

THEWOLFCLUB is not responsible for any return shipping charges.
